CSQuickship Account Terms

Minimum Age Requirement:

To use CSQuickship services, you must be at least 18 years old.

Account Setup Requirements

You are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
  • Your full legal name.
  • Your current residential or business address.
  • A valid email address.
  • Any other necessary details to complete the signup process.

Account Security

  • Password Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Liability Disclaimer: CSQuickship will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account or password.

Permissible Use

  • Legal Compliance: You must not use CSQuickship for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Jurisdictional Laws: While using the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
    • Copyright laws.
    • Any relevant local laws in your jurisdiction.
    • The laws of India.

User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity and content associated with your CSQuickship account, including:
  • Data.
  • Graphics.
  • Photos.
  • Links.

Prohibited Activities

You must not transmit:
  • Worms.
  • Viruses.
  • Any code of a destructive or harmful nature.

Breach of Terms

Any violation of the above Account Terms, as determined at CSQuickship’s sole discretion, will result in:
  • Immediate termination of your account and services.

Acceptance of Terms

You must read, agree with, and accept all the terms and conditions in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before becoming a member of CSQuickship

Right to Modify or Terminate Services

CSQuickship reserves the right to:
  • Modify or terminate the Service for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Use at Your Own Risk: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CSQuickship does not warrant:
  • Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free services.
  • Accurate or reliable results from the use of the Service.
  • The quality of products, services, or materials purchased will meet your expectations.

Content Transmission and Handling

Your Content (excluding credit card information) may be:
  • Transferred unencrypted over various networks.
  • Adjusted to meet technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
CSQuickship may, at its discretion, remove content or accounts that:
  • Are unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violate intellectual property laws.
  • Breach the Terms of Service or are deemed objectionable.

Limitation of Liability

CSQuickship is not liable for any:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses from using or being unable to use the Service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CSQuickship and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or demands (including attorney fees) resulting from:
  • Your breach of this Agreement.
  • Violations of laws or third-party rights.

Technical Support

Technical support is available only for paying account holders and is offered via:
  • Email.
  • Phone or ticketing systems, if agreed upon earlier.

Restrictions on Use

You must not:
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without CSQuickship’s express written permission.
  • Purchase keywords or domain names using CSQuickship trademarks or their variations.

User Conduct

  • Verbal or written abuse, including threats or retribution, directed at CSQuickship employees, customers, or officers will result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property and Content Use

CSQuickship does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
By uploading content (e.g., images or descriptions), you:
  • Allow CSQuickship to display and store it.
  • Grant permission for other internet users to view it.
  • Understand that CSQuickship can review your content at any time.

No Waiver

  • Failure by CSQuickship to enforce any right or provision in the Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CSQuickship, superseding prior agreements.

Content Monitoring

CSQuickship does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to:
  • Refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Payment of Fees

  • Payment Terms: Merchants may choose from various payment schedules:Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.
  • Invoice Payment Timeline: Payments must be made within 5 days of the invoice date. Failure to comply may result in account closure or termination of services.
  • Exclusion of Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable state and central taxes, including service tax, sales tax, or future levied charges (“Taxes”).
  • Refund Policy: CSQuickship does not provide service plan subscription refunds.

Cancellation and Termination

Data Deletion Upon Cancellation:
  • Once an account is canceled, all associated content will be permanently deleted.
  • Merchants are advised to ensure the decision to cancel is final.
Service Termination Rights:
  • CSQuickship reserves the right to terminate or modify the Service for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.
Fraudulent Activity:
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated if fraudulent activity is suspected, determined through investigation or legal proceedings.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Price Changes: Service prices are subject to change with 12 days’ notice, communicated via announcements or updates on the CSQuickship website.
Service Modifications:
  • CSQuickship may modify or discontinue the Service (partially or entirely) at any time, with or without notice.
  • CSQuickship is not liable to merchants or third parties for price changes, service suspensions, or discontinuation.

Restricted Products and Services

Merchants are prohibited from offering, attempting to offer, or trading any items restricted by law or deemed inappropriate. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Securities: Shares, bonds, debentures, or other financial instruments under the Securities Contract Regulation Act, 1956.
  • Animal Products: Preserved or natural parts of animals, such as skins, antlers, feathers, and products restricted by the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.
  • Weapons: Of any description.
  • Controlled Substances: Liquor, tobacco products, drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or medicines.
  • Religious Artifacts: Items likely to affect religious sentiments.
  • Antiquities and Art Treasures: In violation of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972.
  • Used SIM Cards: For cellular phones.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must:
  • Display and adhere to their own Terms of Use or equivalent agreements.
  • Maintain a Privacy Policy governing their operations and customer interactions.
